Original CANDLEBOX Lineup To Embark On Three-Month U.S. Tour
The original CANDLEBOX lineup has reunited and will be embarking on a three-month U.S. tour beginning on July 1. Eact cities and dates will be announced soon.
From VH1.com: Formed in Seattle in December 1991 by singer/guitarist Kevin Martin, a native of Elgin, IL, who'd grown up partly in San Antonio, and drummer Scott Mercado, CANDLEBOX rode the grunge bandwagon to multi-platinum success in the early '90s, despite howls of protest from the Seattle faithful who considered their music a watered-down version of the genuine article.
CANDLEBOX's third and final album, "Happy Pills", was released in 1998.
CANDLEBOX 2006 lineup:
Kevin Martin - Vocals, Guitar
Peter Klett - Guitar
Bardi Martin - Bass
Scott Mercado - Drums
