Swedish progressive metallers OPETH have completed work on the video for the song "Burden". While Danish director Lasse Hoile (DREAM THEATER, PORCUPINE TREE, STEVEN WILSON) shot and directed the storyline in Denmark, OPETH filmed the band performance at the Vogue theater in Vancouver, Canada.
"Burden" comes off OPETH's latest album "Watershed". A digital single will be available for download containing the edit of "Burden" as well as some other goodies. The band also plans to release said single in 7" vinyl format.
OPETH vocalist/guitarist Mikael Åkerfeldt states, "I think it will have three tracks on there in total, and yes, possibly that one song you've all been waiting to hear."
