Former COAL CHAMBER Bassist's VERA MESMER Releases 'Orphans' EP

VERA MESMER, the Los Angeles-based alternative rock band featuring ex-COAL CHAMBER bassist Nadja Peulen and former REVEILLE guitarist Chris Turner (a.k.a. Christopher Mesmer), will release its long-awaited EP, "Orphans", on November 8. Produced by Turner, mixed by Sean Beaven (MARILYN MANSON, NINE INCH NAILS) and mastered by Maor Appelbaum (SEPULTURA, HALFORD), the CD tells the story of how Chris and Nadja met and takes the listeners on their mystical journey.

VERA MESMER's video for the song "Back From The Dead", which was shot in January 2011 by Vicente and Fernando Cordero of Industrialism Films, has already been viewed nearly 30,000 times on YouTube.

The band's five-track debut EP, "The Gypsy Magician" (which doesn't feature Peulen), came out in 2007.

VERA MESMER will perform at The Viper Room in West Hollywood, California on December 6.
