ELVENKING: Studio Diary Posted Online

Italian folk/power metal band ELVENKING have launched a studio diary for their third album at their official web site. Check it out at this location.

The follow-up to 2004's "Wyrd" is being recorded at the group's own Sherpa Studios while the mixing will take place at Sonic Pump studios in Finland with Nino Laurenne (THUNDERSTONE, WINTERSUN). The final mastering will be handled by Mika Jussila at Finnvox in Helsinki. Cover artwork and booklet layout is being designed by Hungarian artist Havancsák Gyula (ANNIHILATOR, GRAVE DIGGER). A fall release through AFM Records is expected.

ELVENKING recently announced the departure of guitarist Jarpen. For the time being, the group will go on as a five-piece.
