Malakian — who makes a cameo appearance in the "California's Bleeding" video — met AMEN singer Casey Chaos when both bands played at Australia's Big Day Out festival in 2002 and the guitarist made AMEN his first signing.

AMEN's video for "California's Bleeding", the album's first single, has been posted online at the Sony Music web site. Check it out: Real Media, Windows Media (Lo-Speed, Hi-Speed), Quicktime.
