VELVET REVOLVER Cover STP, GN'R During KROQ Appearance

VELVET REVOLVER performed three songs acoustically during their appearance on KROQ's "Kevin & Bean" this morning. The band played their new single, "Slither", the STONE TEMPLE PILOTS cover "Interstate Love Song" and a version of the GUNS N' ROSES song "Used To Love Her".

In other news, footage from VELVET REVOLVER's "Slither" video can currently be seen in Windows Media format at this location. The "Slither" video and the accompanying show "Velvet Revolver Makes A Video" will air on MTV2 on Saturday, May 1 at midnight, immediately following "Headbanger's Ball", according to a posting on the group's official web site. The video has already started running on MTV2, and will begin airing on Fuse this weekend.
