As previously reported, SCARVE will enter the studio next winter to begin recording the follow-up to last year's "Irradiant", tentatively due in early 2006. The band have also postponed plans to have their debut album, "Translucence" (originally released in 2000), reissued in 2005 with a bonus DVD. "Preparing the bonus DVD is taking more time than expected, and we really want this to be a killer package!" the band write on their web site. A 2006 release is expected.

SCARVE's Dirk Verbeuren will spend much of 2005 touring with SOILWORK after having laid down the drum tracks for the group's new album, "Stabbing the Drama".

(Thanks: Eric)
