SAMMY HAGAR Issues 'Birthday Bash' Recap

Sammy Hagar has updated his web site with a "Birthday Bash" recap. Read it at this location. Hagar, who turned 59, was joined by his band, the WABORITAS, former PANTERA and DAMAGEPLAN drummer Vinnie Paul, VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony and ex-PUDDLE OF MUDD guitarist Paul Phillips, among others.

The "Birthday Bash" is the culmination of a two-week celebration at Hagar's Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico that includes an annual battle of the bands contest.

SAMMY HAGAR AND THE WABOS's new album, entitled "Livin' It Up", was released on July 25 via Rhino Records.
