NORTHERN KINGS: 'Reborn' Album Certified Gold In Finland

"Reborn", the covers album from NORTHERN KINGS, the new Finnish band consisting of four well-known metal musicians — J. Ahola (TERÄSBETONI), Marco Hietala (TAROT, NIGHTWISH), Tony Kakko (SONATA ARCTICA), J-P Leppäluoto (CHARON) — has been certified gold in Finland for sales in excess of 15,000 copies.

"Reborn" was released on October 31 via Warner Music Finland. The CD contains metal arrangements of '80s hits, including "We Don't Need Another Hero", CUTTING CREW's "I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight", PHIL COLLINS' "In The Air Tonight", DIRE STRAITS' "Brothers In Arms", PETER GABRIEL's "Sledgehammer" and DAVID BOWIE's "Ashes To Ashes".
