MANOWAR's Magic Circle Music has announced the signing of German heavy metal act MAJESTY to an exclusive management agreement. MAJESTY was formed in 1997 and has released five albums, with 2006's "Hellforces" being the most recent release. Fronted by vocalist/songwriter Tarek Maghary, the current MAJESTY lineup comprises guitarists Christian Münzner and Björn Daigger, bassist Marcus Bielenberg and drummer Michael Gräter.

MAJESTY's third album, "Hellforces", entered the official German album chart at position No. 100. The follow-up to 2003's "Reign in Glory" was once again produced by Stefan Kaufmann (former ACCEPT drummer, current U.D.O. guitarist) at Roxx studios in Pulheim, Germany.
