ABC ePrep reports: Has Ozzy Osbourne had a facelift? That's one of the questions that editors at Star magazine ponder in this week's issue. In a section called "Knifestyles of the Rich & Famous," the magazine shows photos of a tired, bloated Ozzy, from 2000, and a newer, "sexy" Ozzy. Dr. Wallace Goodstein, an L.A.-based plastic surgeon, says, "He looks like he's had his cheeks lifted." As for Ozzy's eyes, Goodstein adds, "I think he's had fatty deposits removed and skin tightened on his lower eyelids. His right lid looks like it has been pulled a little too tight but overall, it's quite a good job."
