Former CRIMSON GLORY Frontman To Release 'All Souls Midnight' Album

Former CRIMSON GLORY vocalist Midnight (real name: John Patrick McDonald Jr.) is planning to release a new CD called "All Souls Midnight" which features the "Acoustic Crimson" EP (four songs) along with the lost "Midnight Mass" recordings from the late '80s/early '90s plus some other "cool rarities." The CD tracks will be emailed to the 112 people who pre-ordered Midnight's new concept album, "M2: Decending into Madness" (D.I.M) as MP3s and the cover sent to be printed out at no charge. The CD will be made available for purchase to everyone else. According to a press release, "the 'M2: Descending Into Madness' album is, of course, still coming its just taking so long because it is being recorded in a high-quality studio and scheduling hasn't been easy. So basically the 112 will get this extra CD on top of the three that are coming with the 'M2: D.I.M.' release."

The press release adds, "Midnight has a lot of stuff finished for the upcoming covers album too. Without giving too much away, let's just say theres some cool ZEPPELIN stuff Mid recorded, some NEIL YOUNG, and even a W.A.S.P. cover.... YES!! You read correctly!! It's pretty amazing too... The covers album won't be released until after 'D.I.M.' is released so theres a lot of time to come up with even more stuff of which the best of that will be cherry-picked from."
