CHAOSBREED: Record-Release Show Announced
CHAOSBREED, the new Finnish death metal supergroup consisting of drummer Nalle Österman (ex-GANDALF), bassist Oppu Laine (ex-AMORPHIS, MANNHAI), guitarist Marko Tarvonen (MOONSORROW), guitarist Esa Holopainen (AMORPHIS), and vocalist Taneli Jarva (ex-SENTENCED, THE BLACK LEAGUE), have scheduled a record-release gig for their debut album, "Brutal", at Tavastia club in Helsinki on Thursday, May 13. Support at the gig will come from rising Finnish newcomers IMPERANON, who will release their debut album, "Stained", in May through Nuclear Blast Records. Tickets cost 8 euros.
"Brutal", available in Europe through Century Media Records, was recorded at CCPC studio with producers Santeri Kallio and Niclas Etelävuori, and features guest appearances by ENTOMBED guitarist Uffe Cederlund and ex-ENTOMBED bassist Jörgen Sandström.
