Roadrunner Records has moved forward the projected release date of the new BLACK LABEL SOCIETY album, "Shot to Hell", to September 12 from the previously announced September 19.
As previously reported, the cover artwork for "Shot to Hell" has been posted online at this location.
Produced by Zakk and Michael Beinhorn (OZZY, KORN, SOUNDGARDEN), and recorded with longtime pals Craig Nunenmacher (drums) and John "J.D." DeServio (bass), "Shot to Hell" takes the ferocious hard rock of such BLS albums as 2003's "Blessed Hellride" and 2005's "Mafia" to a whole new level of "brewtality."
BLACK LABEL SOCIETY has been named "Featured Band" of the month in all Spencer's stores and at www.SpencersOnline.com. From June 19 to July 26, visitors to any Spencer's location in the U.S. can enter to win a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: a personal guitar lesson from Zakk Wylde, using one of Zakk's own guitars. Two lucky winners and their guests will be flown to Phoenix, AZ on July 7 or Hartford, CT on July 30 where they will also meet Zakk backstage and see BLACK LABEL SOCIETY perform.
To meet the growing demand for BLACK LABEL SOCIETY gear, Bravado has provided exclusive BLS merchandise including new apparel, accessories, backpacks, messenger bags, barware, barstools, wall art and posters. In addition, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY music will be a focal point in Spencer's stores, as they will be playing all the greatest tracks from BLS.
"When I was growing up in New Jersey, Spencer's was the only store that carried cool shit," said Zakk Wylde. "We are honored that Spencer's and Bravado have chosen BLS to be their first featured artist — very f'n proud."
